I believe in the value of therapeutic support and I have witnessed both personally and in my clinical experience how it can help us find growth and healing. I hope to help you with whatever brings you into therapy by offering safety, compassion, and support in navigating any challenges and life experiences you may be going through. I will meet you with respect, sensitivity, warmth, and curiosity.
I have experience working with women in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationships issues, challenges with family dynamics and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative and collaborative. My work is informed by modalities including psychodynamic and humanistic theories, somatic and mindfulness practices, polyvagal theory, and family systems.
I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at UC San Diego.
