"If you're going through hell, keep going." - Winston Churchill

I've been in therapy since my mid 20s so I know what it's like to sit on the therapy couch. Therapy has helped me and I know it can help you.

I specialize in working with perfectionists, over-achievers and parentified adults. Essentially, people who pay attention to other's feelings before their own; who feel deeply; are tightly wound and rarely take breaks; people who are critical of themselves despite being compassionate towards.

I am a clinical supervisor in the state of CA, allowing me to provide training and guidance to new professionals in the mental health field. I have associates working with me in private practice (see the Team section for more information on different clinicians in my practice) and have experience working as Clinical Director at a local non-profit grief center.
I incorporate yoga therapy, modern analytic approaches, EMDR and iRest® meditation into my sessions. My approach is informed by social justice. Every person has value and worth.
